This web site is owned and operated by AZEEM CONSULTANCY. This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of Use of SchoolQuran.com online service for parent, guardian, student, web site visitor or any other Users of the system. By using the SchoolQuran.com web site you the parent, guardian, web site visitor or student, herein referred to as the “Member” agree to these Terms and conditions. If you are a parent, guardian, web site visitor or other person who enables a child to access the services, you agree to stand in the shoes of such child for the purposes of making us whole in case of damages or indemnification that could properly lie against a child, if not for his or her age. If you do not agree to the Terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this web site.We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the Terms and conditions of this Agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at SchoolQuran.com web site.Your continued Use of the service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

1. Description of service
SchoolQuran.com is providing members learn Quran online service on one to one classes via Skype messenger. Member must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer, speakers and microphone.
(2) provide for members access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees related with such connection.

2. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided by SchoolQuran.com on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SchoolQuran.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the Use or the results of this web site in Terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. SchoolQuran.com shall have no liability for any interruptions in the Use of this web site apart from rescheduling a free class or providing a refund for the class. SchoolQuran.com disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, therefore the above-referenced exclusion is inapplicable.

3. Conduct
You may only access SchoolQuran.com web site.and Use the content and the services for lawful purposes and adhering to the laws of United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the territory/country that you are using this from. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to your Use of the services. You agree that you will not in any way:

4. Billing
Members can purchase Quran classes in blocks of 30 minutes. The price you pay is based on the number of Quran classes you buy. The more classes you purchase, the lower your cost per class is up to a certain limit. There are no set up fees, admin fees or long term contracts. You purchase the number of blocks you are interested in advance. We offer 3 free 30 minutes Quran classes for you to evaluate our Quran learning program and encourage you to Use this to evaluate our offerings.

5. Limitation of liability
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, AND IN PARTICULAR THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WEB SITE OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN IT, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, UNDER STATUTE, IN EQUITY, AT LAW, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Indemnification
Member agrees to indemnify and hold SchoolQuran.com its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of members Use of the service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other User of the service using Members computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

7. Modifications and interruption to service
SchoolQuran.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to the members. SchoolQuran.com shall not be liable to member or any third party should SchoolQuran.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the service. However; we will refund the monies that person has paid for Quran classes and has not used. Member acknowledges and accepts that SchoolQuran.com does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our web site and operation of our web site may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

8. Third-party sites
Our web site.may include links to other web sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. Your Use of those third-party sites is subject to the Terms of Use and privacy policies of each site, and we are not responsible therein. We encourage all members to review said privacy policies of third-parties sites.

9. Compliance with laws
Member assumes all knowledge of applicable law and is responsible for compliance with any such laws. Member may not Use the service in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. Member further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Members agree that they will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover any source code, Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained therein.

11. Basic requirements

It is always one-to-one learning and Quran recitation with Tajweed online, for everyone around the globe under the age limit of 4-100 years.

12. Fees Policies.
The 3 days trial is absolutely free, after that if the educational services are continued the fees shall be "Paid in Advance and Entirety" for the next 30 calender days. The structure of the fees is related to the number and duration of the classes availed by the student. But the basic formula as mentioned in the SchoolQuran.com web site remains the same.

13. Cancellation.
You may cancel the subscription giving one month advance notice.

14. Islamic Holidays.
There will be 2 days holiday on EID-ul-Fitr and EID-ul-Adha. There will be 1 day holiday on Jashn-e-Milad Un Nabi. The fee is structured on annual basis taking into account the Islamic holidays. So, there will be no deduction / no concession in fee for Islamic holidays. Please note, the due date to pay monthly fee is not going to change under any circumstances.

15. Payment Of Fees.
All students are required to pay the fee related to Quran learning courses in advance on a monthly basis and on time. All fees must be paid in advance and in entirety. SchoolQuran.com has full right to temporarily stop or permanently discontinue the Quran teaching service to those students who have failed to pay monthly fee in advance and on due date. We always inform students 3 to 5 days earlier via email about their upcoming payment due date of Quran learning fee. Also, students student(s) / Guardian of student(s) could deposit 6 months fee in advance as well.

16. How to pay Quran learning monthly fee?
We accept payments via Bank wire and Western Union. These payment methods always charge student some extra Bank wire sending fees or Western union payment processing fees which student should pay separately. We will update only the amount we receive. If student does not wants to pay the money sending fee/charges then student must deposit 6 months fee, in advance and SchoolQuran.com will cover/bear the money sending fee/charges.

17. Due date to deposit Quran learning fee.
Once selected, the due date is not going to change under any circumstances. If a student started learning regular paid Quran classes on the 8th of month then 8 is the due date to deposit monthly fee, every calendar month. If a student started learning regular paid Quran classes on the 20th of month then 20 is the due date to deposit monthly fee, every month. Depositing monthly fee via bank wire or any other payment methods usually takes 1 to 5 business days to complete the money sending transaction. Students or parent of students must make sure to deposit the fee in such a manner that fee should reach SchoolQuran.com before the due date. If student(s) / Guardian of student(s) has failed to pay the monthly fee in advance or incase of late monthly fee or non-payment of monthly fee then SchoolQuran.com has full right to charge a fine upto 50% of a fee and to temporarily stop or permanently discontinue the Quran teaching service to those students who have failed to pay the monthly fee in advance and on due date.

18. Missed classes rule.
We do not cover missed Quran classes nor the fee is going to be deduct under any circumstances. Please note the due date to pay monthly fee is not going to change under any circumstances.

19. Missed classes rule incase of emergency.
All teachers working with SchoolQuran.com always use good quality Internet connection, Computer system or Laptop or I-Pad. We also expect from our students to use good quality Internet connection, Computer system or Laptop or I-Pad. However; some times due to the internet connection break down or Computer system or Laptop or I-Pad malfunction or health problem of teacher or student, it is not possible to conduct online Quran class or number of online Quran learning classes on selected day(s) of the week. If that is the case, we will do the make up classes to cover the missed class or number of missed classes on same week, usually on Saturday and Sunday. However; if a student also miss the chance to attend make up classes then we will not cover the missed classes nor the fee is going to be deduct.

20. Make up classes rule.

• Student can request makeup class if he / she not able to make regular class for any given day. Please inform us at least 24 hours early, we do not entertain same day request for makeup class.
• We do not offer more than 2 make up classes in any given month.
• We do not cover missed classes nor the fee is going to be deduct. An official request via email is required for exceptional circumstances. See above - Missed classes rule incase of emergency!
• We do not offer makeup classes for Islamic holidays such as EID-ul-Fitr, EID-ul-Adha and Jashn-e-Milad Un Nabi.

22. Student starting class late rule.
Students are fully responsible to attend their classes on time. Parent/Guardian of students must make sure to place their son/daughter in-front of Computer system or Laptop or I-Pad, on time. If a student comes online late or start the class late due to whatever reason then teacher will not cover the missed minutes of the class. For example: If a student come 5 minutes late then Quran teacher will only teach 25 minutes class to student.

23. Student leaving for holidays rule.
If a student can not attend online Quran class or number of classes due to whatever reason or if a student needs 1 to 2 weeks off then he/she must inform SchoolQuran.com via email. However; the full monthly fee must be paid on due date of that month. Please note the due date to pay monthly fee is not going to change under any circumstances. SchoolQuran.com reserves full right to temporarily or permanently suspend student incase of late monthly fee or non-payment of monthly fee.

24. Student need 1 full month off rule.
If a student need one full month off or can not attend online Quran classes for 1 full month due to whatever reason, then he/she must inform SchoolQuran.com via email. Request should be made one business week early. In order to process our accounting, a 25% of monthly fee will be charge. So. the full monthly fee will not be charge on the due date of that month, only 25% monthly fee will be charge. We do not accept more than one full month off requests.

25. Refund policy - SchoolQuran.com:
We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If for any reason(s) student are not satisfied, simply contact us via email and ask us for a refund within 7 days of the month you have paid for (on conditions that you do not take any more lessons). If possible, we will first try to solve the issue, else you will receive your refund in 10 days. However; we will deduct the cost/charges of sending money from monthly fee. If a student drops after 7 days then no refund or credit will be given.

26. Other Terms
If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other Agreements referenced herein may be assigned by AZEEM CONSULTANCY in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written Agreement between us in relation to your participation as a member. Member agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, member is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our privacy policy statement.
